The top frame banner was produced using a D-200L snapshot massaged using JASC's Paint Shop Pro 4.12. Any shortcomings in the results are entirely my fault; I make no pretense at being skilled in any form of graphic arts.
These pages are presently hosted on the Miller EDP Services utility server: scrounged cheap generic X86 bits running Red Hat Linux and Apache HTTP services. We're running various Windows NT Netscape and IIS (links to come) combinations as well for development purposes so there's no telling where this may end up...
